Reflecting on our Women's Month Community Gathering

As Women's History Month comes to a close, we want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible gathering we had to commemorate this special occasion. Our 'Women of Impact' event was an intimate gathering connecting and celebrating the power of women in our community.

At Girls Trip Tours, Women's Month holds particular significance for us. Our mission is deeply rooted in promoting greater livelihoods for women across Africa through responsible tourism. Every trip booked with us contributes to educating a girl for one school year, highlighting the importance of empowering women and girls in our society.

Our event was a testament to the strength and spirit of our women-led community, which fiercely champions our mission. We came together to foster deep conversations and deeper connections.

A special thank you goes to Karina Karunwi of Ere Wellness for facilitating our 'Women of Impact' workshop. Her guidance and expertise created a safe and empowering space for us to share our stories, experiences, and aspirations.
